Menlo Skate Park
Date
August, 2005
Location
600 Alma St, Menlo Park, CA
Menlo Skate Park introduced a compact, efficient bowl layout that allowed users to flow through deep and shallow transitions in a single run. Rather than isolating features, the design connected them in a way that promoted longer lines and more progression. It served as a strong example of how thoughtful design can maximize function in limited space, making the most of public investment. Menlo helped define a new standard for integrated bowl design in municipal parks.
