Joseph Emery Skate Spot

This project reimagines how a skate park can be integrated into the city. Located between two key transit corridors, it functions as both a skateable plaza and a public walkway. Sculptural ledges and smooth paving serve pedestrians and skaters alike, blending recreation and circulation in a single space. Joseph Emery demonstrates that skate parks can contribute to broader urban design goals, including mobility, placemaking, and public art.
